Welcome to Nojam. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using Nojam, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service & Local Processing

Nojam provides an animation environment that allows users to visualize AI-generated text as animated talking heads.

Critical Note on Data: Nojam is designed with a "local-first" architecture. Your API keys, chat history, and the raw text of your conversations are processed exclusively on your own device (client-side). We do not store your conversation logs or transmit your API keys to our servers for storage.

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights associated with the Nojam Service belong exclusively to Nojam and its licensors.

In no event shall Nojam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including any losses resulting from API key exposure due to user device compromise or third-party AI provider outages.
